Handypiece comes with a limited 1 year warranty. To keep your Handypiece a high performing and efficient portable shearer, like any tool it must be set up properly and regularly maintained.

What makes Handypiece so reliable?

Moulded from steel and aluminium, it's sealed direct drive motor can’t be clogged or fouled by dust, dirt, or mud.

Its tough, alloy switch box can be clipped to your belt, and features a reset fuse for overload or lock-up. Once the fuse is reset, you can quickly
get back to your shearing, crutching, clipping, or dagging.

Battery specifications

Handypiece operates on a low current draw from a 7Ah battery.

Based on a 70% duty cycle*, these portable sheep clippers can crutch up to 120 sheep - and 240 when you put in a spare battery *In use 70% of the time, resting 30% of the time.

The Handypiece's batteries are long-life, and you can purchase additional batteries on request.

Its 12-volt motor can be battery-back operated (when attached to a belt), or ‑ for continuous sheep clipping and shearing - operated when attached to your quad or farm vehicle.

Sheep clippers with a high torque, direct drive motor

Handypiece features a high torque, direct drive motor which creates little heat build up. It’s been proven, when used up to a 70% duty cycle, that no ventilation is required for cooling.

Unlike the traditional electric sheep clippers, its sealed motor has no vents, so doesn’t get clogged or fouled by dirt, dust, or other debris.

To setup the sweep of your cutter, simply place your screw driver into the slotted shaft at the rear of your Handypiece.
